1Delivery Methods#

Depending on the product, delivery or access may be provided through:

• Your customer account or dashboard
• A download page
• Email
• A secure, time-limited link
• Another electronic delivery mechanism stated on the product page

The delivery method that applies to a specific product is stated on that product's page and repeated in your order confirmation.

2Delivery Timing#

For successfully paid digital orders, delivery or access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, and in any case within 24 hours, or within the timeframe displayed on the product or checkout page if that is different.

To make sure delivery reaches you, please:

• Provide a valid email address where email delivery is required.
• Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Avoid sharing private download links, which are issued for your order only.

5If Delivery Fails#

If automatic delivery fails because of a technical issue, or if you have paid but cannot access the product, contact support and we will verify the payment and order and restore or re-issue access.

Where delivery cannot reasonably be completed, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

6Physical Products#

We do not currently sell physical products, so no courier, tracking, or physical-shipping promise applies to any order placed on this website.

If we begin selling physical products in future, this policy will be updated before those products are offered for sale, to state shipping locations, shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, courier or shipping method, tracking, the failed-delivery process, return handling, and damaged-shipment handling.
