An order is considered accepted when:

1. payment is successfully confirmed by our payment service provider, and
2. the order is accepted and processed by us.

• a duplicate or erroneous transaction
• payment failure
• a technical error
• unlawful use
• product unavailability
• any other legitimate reason permitted by applicable law

If we cancel a paid order for a reason attributable to us, any eligible refund will be processed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7Pricing#

Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).

The checkout displays:

• Applicable price
• Applicable taxes or charges, where applicable
• Total payable amount

8Payments#

Payments are processed through the payment gateway enabled on this website, including Cashfree Payments where configured.

We do not request or store customers' complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or other payment authentication secrets on our own systems unless expressly required and legally permitted.

Customers must complete payment using their own authorised payment method.

9Payment Confirmation#

For Cashfree Payments transactions, we use secure server-side verification, status checks and webhook mechanisms before fulfilling an order.

We never rely only on:

• a frontend redirect,
• query parameters in the browser URL,
• a browser success message, or
• client-side JavaScript state.

An order is fulfilled only after backend verification confirms a successful payment. If a payment status is still being confirmed, you can check it any time on the Order Status page.
